Bible Reading!

Romans 5:6-10 King James Version 6  For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. 7  For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. 8  But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. 9  Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. 10  For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

Justified!

Justified--- Being forgiven and treated as never having sinned! Scripture reading from my King James Version. Romans 3 23  For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24  Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25  Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; 26  To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. Romans 5   Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2  By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 3  And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; 4  And patience, experience; and experience, hope: 5  And ho...

Words From Psalms!

Today I am sharing words from Psalm 37 KJV verses 37-40. Psalm 37:37-40 King James Version 37  Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace. 38  But the transgressors shall be destroyed together: the end of the wicked shall be cut off. 39  But the salvation of the righteous is of the  Lord : he is their strength in the time of trouble. 40  And the  Lord  shall help them, and deliver them: he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him.

Loneliness!

LONELINESS!  Loneliness is my foe, it tries to make me sad, no matter where I am,  no matter where I go. I thank God, for Jesus His Son, Who gives me refuge, and He gives me strength, to finish life’ race, I have to run. God really blessed me, with a beautiful help meet, a special friend, to walk life’s road, with it’s hills and bends, We walked together 57 years, through the good times of laughter, and hard times with tears. Jesus our Redeemer, Jesus our best friend, and in all these times, on Him we could depend. God took her to be present, and in the presence of the Lord; because she was very sick. Yes, loneliness is my foe, it tries to defeat me, wherever I go; but, I have Jesus. Jesus my Redeemer, Jesus my friend, He never leaves me, He never forsakes me, and His friendship never ends. ~Winston Staples
Writing: Endurance…… What is endurance you might ask; It is grasping for the future and letting go of the past. Endurance is looking for the sunshine, when there is falling rain; and running to win life’s race, while enduring great pain. Endurance is facing all the heartaches, and fighting each battle along life’s way and knowing one has fought a good fight at the end of each day.  ~Winston Staples

As a Child!

When I was a child my mother instructed me to stop, look and listen before I crossed a road. This is still good advise for us today, before we cross the many roads we face in life. Let us stop and seek our direction from God’s road map, look at it carefully and listen to it’s wisdom. ~ Winston Staples

Tiny Vessels!

Little Vessels We are little vessels, Created by God’s hand, Put here a little while, To walk in this land. We are little vessels, Broken and marred by sin, God knows our every weakness, He wants to mold us from within. We are little vessels, Who need saved from sin, And by submitting to God our potter, Salvation will begin. We are little vessels, Saved from sin and shame, Jesus gives us victory, Because He lives again. We are little vessels, Being molded by His spirit, Because of His love and grace, And not by our merit. We are little vessels, Being shaped, As He would have us be, Perfect in His sight, When the face of Jesus we see. ~ Winston Staples
