A Psalms of Praise!

Psalm 150   (KJV) 150  Praise ye the  Lord . Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. 2  Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. 3  Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. 4  Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. 5  Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. 6  Let every thing that hath breath praise the  Lord . Praise ye the  Lord .

JUST THINKING!

I look back at my table, my old pen is setting there, it hasn’t written many words lately; So I say a brief prayer, “Please Holy Spirit, give me words to write; words to share, to others for encouragement day or night.” This old pen has written many words, words about the trail we trod, this trail we call life. Life’s trail has it’s smooth parts, while others seem mighty rough, it’s on the rough road, with it’s muddy ruts, when we hear, Satan calling from the side lines, while our ankles swell, Satan calls quit this race, and follow this wide trail of mine. I cry, “Satan don’t try to snare me, and temp me to your trail, that leads to eternity with you in Hell.” I see the finish line, I will make it, with Jesus, as my ankles swell; God has renewed my strength, and each step gets me closer, much closer to my goal, with Jesus my Captain, guiding my weary soul. I come to t...

BIBLE READING!

Proverbs 29 King James Version 29  He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy. 2  When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn. 3  Whoso loveth wisdom rejoiceth his father: but he that keepeth company with harlots spendeth his substance. 4  The king by judgment establisheth the land: but he that receiveth gifts overthroweth it. 5  A man that flattereth his neighbour spreadeth a net for his feet. 6  In the transgression of an evil man there is a snare: but the righteous doth sing and rejoice. 7  The righteous considereth the cause of the poor: but the wicked regardeth not to know it. 8  Scornful men bring a city into a snare: but wise men turn away wrath. 9  If a wise man contendeth with a foolish man, whether he rage or laugh, there is no rest. 10  The bloodthirsty hate the upright: but the just seek his soul....

SALVATION PLAN!

1 Corinthians 15:1-4 King James Version 15  Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2  By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3  For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4  And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
