A Quiet Day

Today is a beautiful Summers day, a quiet breeze is blowing through the pines in the back yard. I love the sound of whispering pines, birds singing and the sound of airplanes leaving the little airport out back; Oh what a wonderful day!

This reminds me of Psalms 150 where all things Praise and worship God their Creator and Paul’s words in Philippians 4:9,10.

Psalm 150King James Version

150 Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.

Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.

Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.

Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.

Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.

Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.

Philplans 4:Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

10 But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity. Philippians 4:9-10 KJV.

I trust you will take time and listen to the sights and sounds around you and give God the Glory for the great things He has done. [ prepared by Winston Staples ]
