A SUMMER AFTERNOON!

Sitting in my study,

with window open wide,

a cool Summer breeze,

blows the paper by my side.

The gentle breeze,

blowing on my face,

brings back,

so many good memories,

like this,

that time in my mind,

tries  to erase.

Now I am trying,

to write memories down,

because if I forget,

there is no one to ask,

that still is around.

So, on this Summer afternoon,

sit and enjoy this day,

whether in sunshine or shade,

this day, wonderful day,

is a day God has made,

so no matter what happens,

let’s never forget to pray!
