It is the day,
between Good Friday,
and Easter Sunday,
a quiet day,
no family around,
I sit and watch,
the snow melt,
and run into the ground.
It was the day,
between Good Friday,
and Easter Sunday,
all of Christ’s followers,
were feeling so sad,
because they lost,
the best friend they had.
They thought,
He was dead you see,
the one,
that would,
set their souls free.

Atonement continued: His atonement exhibits the Love of God.
Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. 1 John 4: 9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Psalms 63: O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;
2 To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.
3 Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.
4 Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.
5 My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:
6 When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches.
7 Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.
8 My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.
9 But those that seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth.
10 They shall fall by the sword: they shall be a portion for foxes.
11 But the king shall rejoice in God; every one that sweareth by him shall glory: but the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped.

John 15: 13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Galatians 2: 20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. Eph.5: 2 And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour. 25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

Isa.45: 21 Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the Lord? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me. Romans 3:25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; Revelations 1:5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

Birdie, birdie,
in the maple tree,
thanks for tweeting
your sweet song to me.
Flowers, flowers everywhere,
adding more color,
to the grass they share;
thanks for your beauty,
your perfume to others share.
Creation, creation all about,
your lakes and rivers,
full of trout;
thanks Father,
for your creation about,
and as I marvel at it,
I want to shout;
Glory to God,
in the highest,
Who gives His Grace,
to those who believe
and those that doubt.
